A heads up to those who cross the Blue Water Bridge. The westbound span of the international crossing will be closed to traffic tomorrow night for up to one hour at a time. The Michigan Department of Transportation says they will be working on structural steel repairs on the original span of the bridge which will interrupt the flow of traffic coming in to the United States. Traffic will be held for up to one hour at a time starting at 11pm Friday night. The work is part of an overall $3.6 million investment in steel structural repairs to the westbound span of the bridge.
