The developer of the St. Clair Inn and Hotel Harrington will be holding a forum this evening about his plans to renovate the former St. Clair Middle School and turn the property into employee housing. Jeff Katofsky, speaking to WPHM yesterday, says the public is invited to attend tonight’s event which will take place at 7pm at the Pine Shores Golf Course. “We want to create a really nice living environment for them,” said Katofsky, saying the former middle school distance is walking distance from the waterfront and St. Clair Inn. The developer says he will hire 300 to 350 people to work at the St. Clair Inn and Hotel Harrington properties, which could open later this year.
