No. 11 Michigan State won at Minnesota on Sunday 70-52 to improve to (7-2) in conference play and move into a first place tie with Illinois. Cassius Winston scored 18 points and Xavier Tillman had 17 with 1o rebounds. The Spartans host Northwestern on Wednesday.
