Dozens more COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in Michigan, including an additional case in St. Clair County. To date, that puts the count at 2 confirmed cases in the county and 53 statewide. St. Clair County Medical Health Officer Dr. Annette Mercatante says the second patient is the spouse of the the first patient who tested positive for the virus last week. That pushes the current statewide count to 53 positive cases. Mercatante also says the St. Clair County Emergency Operations center has been activated. She adds that the county will have live operators available on the COVID-19 hotline by calling (810) 966-4163.
