Amtrak services across the Midwest are being reduced and canceled in light of the COVID-19 outbreak. The Wolverine corridor between Pontiac and Chicago will be reduced down to two daily round trip trains. The Pere Marquette service between Grand Rapids and Chicago has been suspended. There are no changes at this time to the Blue Water service between Port Huron and Chicago. Amtrak says anyone planning to travel by rail should check their train status at www.amtrak.com or by following @AmtrakAlerts on Twitter.
