A handful of road construction projects get underway Monday in St. Clair County. Vincent Road between Jeddo and Harris in Grant Township will be closed for storm sewer replacement this week. In Port Huron Township, there will be intermittent lane closures of westbound I-94 from the Black River Bridge for crack sealing. The Capac Rest Area in Mussey Township will be closed for parking lot repairs starting this week.
