Contact tracing proving difficult for health officials

The St. Clair County Health Department has issued a public health advisory related to contact tracing. Health officials say they have reached the capacity of contact tracing and will be giving priority to certain individuals. Tracing will continue at schools, hospitals, and long term care facilities. All others are asked to self isolate and self notify contacts in the event that they test positive for the virus. On Thrusday there were 72 new cases of the coronavirus  in St. Clair County, pushing the number of number of active cases to nearly 500.
