Beginning Monday, the City of Port Huron will begin a reconstruction project on 10th Avenue between Sanborn and Holland. The top layer of asphalt on the road will be removed and replaced with a new surface. 10th Avenue will be closed to thru traffic through the end of October. The posted detour will involve Sanborn, Holland, and Stone. The resurfacing project is being funded by the city’s voter approved street millage.
