It’s good news for those who frequent Lapeer Road in Kimball and Clyde Townships. The St. Clair County Road Commission is announcing that Lapeer between Wadhams and Abbotsford including a new roundabout at Abbotsford is back open to two-way traffic. The $3.5 million project was funded in part by state and federals grants and began this past August. The road commission says contractors will be addressing a few items with the road during the month of December which may result in some minor daytime lane closures using flaggers.
