Drug task force arrests Port Huron man

The St. Clair County Sheriff Drug Task Force announcing the arrest of a Port Huron man in connection with the sale of Narcotics within the city. 45-year-old Jamal Cannon was taken into custody Wednesday in the 12-hundred block of Garfield Street. Authorities discovered at the address; 15 grams of Methamphetamine and 30 grams of Cocaine, along with drug paraphernalia and materials used in the sale of narcotics. Cannon is facing federal drug charges and a possible double sentence as a repeat offender. He is set to appear before a judge again one week from today. Cannon is currently being housed at the St. Clair County jail on a 25-thousand dollar bond.
