For the third consecutive year State Representative Dan Lauwers posts a perfect voting record. Rep. Dan Lauwers has voted in every House roll call since being elected to serve the 81st House District. Rep Lauwers has voted on all issues placed up for votes in the House in the 2013-2014 legislative session and has voted in all roll calls in 2015 for a total of 1,849 votes during the past three years. He was also instrumental in ending the unsuccessful film incentives program that wasted millions of taxpayer dollars. With the program, every dollar the state invested it received only a ten cent return,and His bill ended that wasteful spending. Rep. Lauwers serves as chair of the House Committee on Agriculture, and also a member of the Committees on Regulatory Reform, Transportation and infrastructure, and Workplace and Talent Development.
