Keep your eyes peeled for orange barrels on several area roadways next week. The St. Clair County Road Commission will be be marking pavement and resurfacing a bridge deck along Smiths Creek Road in Kimball Township starting Monday. Expect intermittent lane closures between Range Road and the St. Clair County Landfill. Marsh Road between Arnold and Plank in Cottrellville Township for a crossroad culvert replacement project starting Tuesday and running through September 3rd. Palms Road between Yager and Frith in Columbus Township will have intermittent closures next week for ditch work. Concrete patching continues on I-69 next week with single lane closures westbound between Taylor Road and Wales Center Road.
