Thousands of absentee ballots are being mailed starting today and residents of Michigan have begun to vote. Ballots will be available to vote early in person at your clerk’s office starting today. When you have filled out your ballot, it can be returned to your local clerk’s, an official ballot drop box, or placed in the mail. Election officials say you should make sure you mail it back as soon as possible so it arrives in time.
