Those seeking a COVID-19 rapid test in order to travel across the border won’t be able to do so anymore at the St. Clair County Health Department offices. The health department has suspended the rapid testing service for international travelers due to limitations in testing supplies. Rapid PCR testing will be prioritized for symptomatic individuals, congregate settings, and high-risk situations. A negative COVID-19 test is required to enter Canada. A list of other testing providers can be found online at scchealth.co.
