Today is election day and voters across Michigan will decide who the Republican nominee will be to take on Governor Gretchen Whitmer in November. Additionally, there are contested matchups for congress, State House of Representatives, and for St. Clair County Commissioner in districts one, four, five, and six. There are also five county wide millage proposals. Among those proposals, St. Clair County residents will be asked whether or not to renew millage for the Parks Commissions, Senior Services, and Community College. Proposals levying new millages include those for ambulance services and the library system. Polls are open from 7am to 8pm today and you can tune in to election results tonight live on AM 1380, wphm.net, and the WPHM free mobile app.
