The City of Port Huron is reminding residents that trash and recycling pick-up schedules will be altered slightly over the next two weeks. Due to the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, collection will be delayed by one day in some Port Huron neighborhoods. If your normal day for trash and recycling collection is Wednesday, trash will instead be collected on Thursday. The same goes for those who’s normal collection day is Thursday, who’s new pickup day will be Friday. For more information, contact the City’s Department of Public Works at 810-984-9730.
