Today, Conrad & Kacie are one of the suggestions from Kate Newman in Sarnia. She wanted them to try one of the “ABC” muffins she found a link for. It provided a list of several types of healthy muffins designed for kids! Kacie chose the avocado banana chocolate muffins, coincidentally still being an “ABC” muffin. Will these sugarless-butterless treats be a good breakfast for the co-hosts or will they be running for the can? Watch and find out! Recipe is below.

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
 - 2 medium ripe bananas (brown spotted peels preferred)
 - 2 cups of coconut flour
 - 2 tbsp of honey
 - 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
 - 1 scoop of honey greek yogurt
 - 1.5 cups of chocolate chips
 - 2 eggs
 - 2 tbsp of baking powder
 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Peel banana and remove avocado from the skin. Add to a food processor and blend until a smooth creamy texture. Add the eggs, vanilla and greek yogurt. Blend again.
In a mixing bowl add baking powder, honey, and flour. Using a hand beater or wire whisk, mix the processed cream into the bowl. Keep stirring until flour is entirely mixed in. Finally, add the chocolate chips and stir well again.
Add mixture into muffin cups. about 3/4 of the way full. Bake for 15-22 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes after baking.
