Actress Lucy Liu welcomed her first child last week, sharing a photo of her new baby boy, born via surrogate, in Instagram. She shared a photo while holding her newborn, writing, “Introducing the new little man in my life, my son Rockwell Lloyd Liu.” Her rep confirme the news, saying, “I can confirm that Lucy is the proud mother of Rockwell Lloyd Liu, brought into the world via gestational carrier.” Liu has always kept her personal life very private, and the news came as a surprise to her fans. She has yet to reveal who the father of the baby is; however, in recent years she’s been linked to hedge-fund billionaire Noam Gottesman. Read more at:

 
Wes Craven, the famed director of horror known for the Nightmare on Elm Street and Scream franchises, died yesterday at the age of 76 after a battle with brain cancer. Craven, whose iconic Freddy Krueger character horrified viewers for years, died at his home in Los Angeles. Craven re-invented the youth horror genre in 1984 with the classic A Nightmare on Elm Street, which he wrote and directed, and the series went on for nine sequels. In 1996, Craven reached another level of success with the release of Scream. The film grossed more than $100 million domestically, and spawned three sequels and a tv series.

 
Internet celebrity Tila Tequila was kicked off British edition of “Celebrity Big Brother”. How did she do it? She shared a picture of herself in a Nazi uniform in front of the Auschwitz concentration camp back in 2013, and after the subject was broached on the show, it became apparent that she a nazi sympathizer and supporter of Adolph Hitler. Producers decided to axe her right away and, according to TMZ, she won’t receive the $175,000 she was being paid to do the show, either. A show rep said, “The views Tila had expressed, and permitted to remain uncorrected, are totally unacceptable and, accordingly, her continued involvement in the programme was untenable.”
