The Sanilac County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a single vehicle roll-over accident that occurred on Decker Road near Walker in Marlette Township. The incident happened yesterday morning about 8:30 involving a pick-up-truck driven by a 58-year-old man from Peck. He apparently left the roadway to avoid a deer, went into a ditch, and rolled over the pick-up onto it’s top as he re-entered the roadway. The driver was wearing a seat belt and was transported to a local hospital. Deputies say charges are pending related to the accident.
