It wasn’t a myth! People who don’t actually like coffee but like Starbucks are rejoicing over the new Unicorn Frappucino, but is it a blind praise?
Today is the first day you can get it in the USA, Canada, and Mexico Starbucks! Before you get overly excited about the newest addition to the menu, you should know that it’s for a limited time only. Make sure you get to Starbucks by this Sunday if you want to try one; because on the 23rd it will be just as hard to find as an actual unicorn.
What is the Unicorn Frappucino? What does it taste like? It’s dubbed as a color changing and taste changing drink. It starts off pink and purple with a fruity (some describe it as mango) flavor. As you stir it around it’s supposed to turn blue. When this happens the fruit goes from sweet to tart.
The nutritional content of the drink isn’t too different from a mocha or vanilla frap of the same size. In a 16 oz Unicorn Frappucino there are 410 calories, 16 grams of fat, 62 grams of carbs and 59 grams of sugar. The only difference between the Unicorn Frap and a traditional frap is that you don’t get any coffee in the limited edition frap.
What’s the consensus so far?
NOT GREAT.

I just found out we’re getting a ‘Unicorn Frappuccino’. It’s officially time for Starbucks to hang up the title of “coffee shop”.
