Alcohol a factor in Clyde Township crash

Two are recovering from a crash Monday morning in Clyde Township in which alcohol is suspected. St. Clair County Sheriffs officials tell WPHM it happened around 7am on Vincent Road south of Maitland Road. A pickup truck was traveling south on Vincent when it crossed the center line and struck an oncoming car. The driver of the Pickup, a 22 year old from Brown City, was removed from the vehicle by Fort Gratiot Fire Department crews. He and the driver of the car, a 46 year old Port Huron Township woman, were taken to McLaren Port Huron for treatment of injuries. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash and investigations are underway.
