James DeLong poured in 24 points as the Port Huron Northern basketball team won its district opener on Monday 64-46 over Anchor Bay. Ryan McNeill added 18 for the Huskies, while Tyler Jamison scored 11. Chris Belt had 14 points for the Tars. Northern will face Lanse Creuse North on Wednesday.
